Qb|Studios - Herne Bay launched in October, 2015. 

 

Located at 206 Jervois Road (in the penthouse above Five Loaves Café), with panoramic views over the harbour, city and Ponsonby suburbs, Qb|Studios Herne Bay provides a unique office environment for small to medium sized businesses. 

 

The studios are setup to accommodate between 4 and 8 people. 

 

Seven fully fitted studios provide tenants with private office space, some with their own private terraces and views of the city and surburbs. 

 

All studios share (175m2) the open plan gallery area that includes a full kitchen, lounge areas, boardroom and balcony with exceptional harbor views. The kitchen and lounge areas provide ample space for hosting and entertaining clients. There are two well appointed, luxurious bathrooms.
