Qb|CENTRAL opened in April, 2017. The original 1960’s warehouse at 19 Southwark Street has undergone a major transformation from its former days as a rubber factory to a thriving business and hospitality hub for small to medium sized business.

 

Natural light filters through the original timber trusses and into the high stud lobby cafe and central atrium. The all white, minimalist interior acts as a canvas for featured artworks and the original gantry crane that remains suspended above the cafe.

 

Seven private studios open out into a central atrium and shared areas that include a fully appointed boardroom, meeting booths, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

 

DKO Architects, PTL Structural Consultants, Voyage, Brightsparks, Thompson Wentworth, Context Architects, Qb Ltd & Grain Coffee & Eatery have all taken up residence at Qb|CENTRAL.
